Dark nights for the Knights

Imagine the disappointment for the South Africa crowd, not because of the repeated poor performance of the Kolkata Knight Riders but because of their favorite Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan absconding from the scenes these days.

My heart goes out for SRK. After all, it’s not easy to own a team which ended up second last in IPL 2008 and probably would be end up last in IPL 2009. And with fake IPL blogger on its tail revealing the inside stories; things are not looking any better for him.

With advertisements galore I feel it’s the most glamorous team of the lot…thanks to SRK. A smile crosses my face watching dada in Seedhi baat baaki sab bakwaas…if at all the team had applied the same principle on the field; we would have had SRK around…jumping and cheering his team. That ways Mr.Batliwala (as Fake IPL blogger’s calls him) is smart. You hardly see him and his team is not performing great shake either.

This time I think even Juhi Chawla has refused to fill in for SRK. Or has she come and I missed her? Actually haven’t been watching the IPLs as religiously like last year. Saving my time for the semis and final and I seriously hope my team wins like last year…. It’s good to win over Q and boo him…hehe …we are always on opposite teams you see…

Came to know that KKR heavily bid for a player from Bangladesh only to make him sit and watch the game. Too much money yeh? KKR or rather SRK needs to seriously think and put together a workable strategy for next time. Even his multiple captain theory didn’t work.

Well, for all you know SRK might already be thinking on lines of changing hands….hmmmm… time will only tell.
