I must put some things right. I spoke to my sister she told me what I have already forgotten: My father escaped with another two men: Swiss and French. German was only his friend and stayed in Dachau.
Finally, my father joined 311 Czech Squadrion within the British Royal Air Force. But after the war the Communists did not like those Who came back from the West. When my father was seriously ill, his friends from Switzerland and France sent him a rare medicine, but doctors did not served him. Even if my father died, the Swiss offered my mother help, to come into Switzerland with us and settle. But my mother decide to stay and used up help of her sister.

We can not change the past, which have had an impact on two generations of our family and other ones. My father was a very intelligent and fair man. But it is good to see the young to go visitng these places and have those in their minds. Thank you for your report. Let never be Dachau, nor Rwanda again.

thanks for visiting my site...am really sorry to hear about your father. Every time I think about Dachau am filled with remorse. It is a part of the shameful history and i shudder to even imagine the plight of the captives there. May your father's soul rest in peace.
