Why is sex a taboo in India?

Microsoft’s bing.com censors ‘sex’ for Indians….yeh that’s the latest for you! But if you change your location you get to see all you desired for! I couldn’t help but smile at this news. Apparently its some law in India called Information Technology Act of 2000, which contains specials provisions related to publishing or transmitting pornographic content.

The very fact that such law exists in India is paradoxical. I find it as heights of hypocrisy….for sex to be considered taboo in a country with a population of 1 billion!  Read more...

A houseboat trip in Alleppey (Alappuzha)

I have been to Alleppey on the houseboat so many times; yet I never get enough of it. Where else will you get the calm and the beauty that Alleppey has to offer as you lazily cruise along the exquisite backwaters?
